Evolution Audio Post Production has instituted protocols with strict adherence to SAG-AFTRA and Missouri Department of Health guidelines. These policies include social distancing, protective equipment, disinfecting, cleanliness, and hygiene. We are committed to ensuring that we keep our studios, staff and customers safe from the spread of the Coronavirus. 

Overview of Policies and Procedures

• Our facility is a SAG-AFTRA approved, freestanding facility.

• The front door is kept locked to the general public and only persons with appointments are admitted.

• All persons entering our facility may be asked to review and initial our COVID screening questionnaire.

• Hand sanitizer, face masks and disinfectant wipes are available.

• Face masks/coverings are encouraged for all team members and guests.

• Talent may remove their mask when they’re in the voiceover booth.

• Talent should bring whatever special drinks or snacks they may need.
  

• Water in single serving bottles will be provided.

• All team members are full vaccinated and boosted.

• There is a limit to the amount of people allowed in any session. This number will vary with studio size.

• We work hard to make sure all studios, equipment and voiceoever booths are sanitized before and after each session.

• We have a Covid-19 Compliance Officer on-site for any questions or concerns.
